Labour Policy
Workers in our company are not only encouraged but rewarded if they send their children to school. We try to do our best to ensure the well being of our workers' families. We also motivate management in other companies to facilitate free education to the dependents of workers.
We follow a strict no child labor policy. There is strict implementation of Government of India guidelines on minimum wages and employment benefits for all our employees. We work closely with labor inspectors to enforce all guidelines.
